YUBGZ handles custom rug inquiries through WhatsApp or email. The steps below explain how a request moves from room details to written specification, sample discussion, production and delivery coordination.

Open the WhatsApp thread
Send a hello, a photo, or a question. A YUBGZ representative reviews the inquiry and replies through the selected contact channel during business hours.

Share the room
Dimensions, ceiling height, lighting, the rest of the palette. Phone photos and rough sketches are perfect.
- 03
Discuss material, pattern & color
We propose two or three directions. You react. We refine. No commitment yet.
- 04
Confirm specifications
We send a written project sheet covering fiber, weave, dimensions, palette, finishing, lead time, and price. Approve to begin.

Sample & weave
A 25 × 25 cm sample ships first. Once approved, full-size weaving begins with a named artisan team.

Delivery & installation
We coordinate freight, customs and white-glove delivery. Installation support included in any major city.
- 07
Follow-up and care notes
We check the rug in situ, trim any settling fibers, and hand over a written care sheet. The contact record remains available for reasonable project follow-up.
